• 2 ounces Aperol
• 1 ounce club soda
• Orange slice

Steps
Fill wine glass with ice and orange garnish. Add ingredients and stir.

The Whiskey Sour

  • 2 ounces Rye Whiskey

  • 1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed orange juice

  • 1/2 ounce egg white

  • 1/2 ounce rich simple syrup

  • Luxardo maraschino cherry

Steps
Chill coupe glass by filling with ice and cold water. Crack egg and separate whites from yolk. Using knife or kitchen shears cut egg white (this makes it easier to measure). Fill shaker with ice. The Espresso Martini

  • 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur

  • 1 ounce freshly brewed chilled espresso

  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup

  • Garnish with 3 coffee beans

Steps
Brew and chill espresso. Fill shaker with ice. Combine all ingredients in shaking tins and shake until well combined and chilled. Strain drink into martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
